Log Statistics Text to File

Turn the statistics log file on (checked) or off (unchecked). While the statistics log is on, all text displayed in the statistics text field is also saved to the log file.

File

Enter the path and file name of the statistics log file, or use browse to select a file.

Append/Overwrite

Specify whether the statistics text for the current session is appended to (added), or overwrites (replaces) the text from previous sessions in the log file.

Max Number of Characters

Specify the maximum number of characters to be displayed in the statistics text field. When the characters displayed in the statistics text field reaches this number, old text is stripped from the beginning of the statistics text field to make room for new statistics text.

Clear Before New Login

Check this box to clear the text in the Statistics tab each time you connect to a new database.

Buttons

Browse

Open the log file selection dialog. Use this button as an alternative to typing the statistics log file name and path in the file editbox.

Clear

Clear all text in the statistics log file.

OK

Save current options settings (all tabs) and close options dialog.

Cancel

Close options dialog without saving changes to options.
