smarter and more efficiently. Data entered in IntelliAuction is available on a real-time basis
at all workstations. As a result, bidders can bid immediately after registering
and can check-out immediately after bidding. All aspects of auction clerking are
fully automated by the system. Management reports allow you to identify your top
bidders, reconcile your receipts, and display the bids, buyer's premium, sales
tax and consignor commission you collect for each
auction. Control reports assist your employees in keeping track of the items up
for bid as well as reserve amounts, high and low estimates and absentee & phone bids.
Because IntelliAuction runs on Microsoft Windows,
you can easily share your IntelliAuction data with other Windows
applications. If you want to send a lot listing to a customer, simply
copy the listing from IntelliAuction then paste it into an e-mail! If a
consignor provides you with a lot listing, simply copy the listing and then
paste it into IntelliAuction -- you don't have to waste your time re-entering
the data!

IntelliAuction is a fully mobile system. You can run the system
on either laptop or desktop computers. If you use laptop computers, you can
easily transport the entire system in even the smallest of vehicles. You can
connect your computers using wired and/or wireless network connections. Wireless
connections allow you to roam freely without messy and cumbersome wiring.
